What are some of your favorite literary movements? Favorite authors/poets from that movement?


I have to say I am a big fan of the Beat Generation.

I like the Beat movement some. I think really I only like Jack Kerouac though. But I find the movement itself interesting.

I tend to like the "lost generation"--Hemingway, Fitzgerald. I think it's so interesting to see how events in the world shaped their literature.

I also have a soft spot in my heart for Victorian poetry. Can't help it.
