A few friends and I always make fun of his Japanese voice...and a little bit of his English on my side...
But there are some male characters that sound better with female voices in Japan(Edo from FMA is played by a girl and so is younger Alphonse). And Haninozuka Mitsukuni has the same Japanese voice actor as Sohma Momiji...the list goes on...

Goku from Dragon Ball(along with DBZ and DBGT)
Wolfram von Bielefeld from Kyou Kara Maoh(but he looks like a girl and since he is one of the reasons that series is a shonen-ai I'll let it slide)
Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece
Daisuke Niwa from D.N.Angel(both English and Japanese)
Ash Ketchum/Satoshi from Pokemon(I'm looking this one up: Sounds better in Japanese, way better)
All I found since I'm too lazy to both looking for more...>_< I started watching Pokemon in Japanese instead. Much, much better then Dub.

I wasn't really shocked, that also means that younger Gohan is played by a woman seeing as Goku and Gohan had the same voice actor.
Later I'll look up the short list of Male voice actors playing female characters.

Actually that would be the second series.
The original series is called Season 0, has hardly any budget and never came to the states and it followed the manga...but was sadly dropped.

I actually didn't really like the ending, weird as it is I just have never liked the last season of Yu-Gi-Oh.
And I like GX to an extent...I liked the characters, and some of the cards.
Now 5D's is a waste of time.
