Yeah and you have to be on for a while and be a fairly active member...I think.
What can I do... I know alot of people who now more people that will LOVE to join this group!!
Hmm... I don't know. Sorry, I'm not a mod, so I wouldn't know if getting more people to join would qaulify. You might want to take it up with Rain, or Khloe, or one of the other mods.
I know some of the mods like made topics or something.. I think.
