Ok, I do need another moderator but I don't know how to choose. I'll probably make a topic for Mod Applications, and I guess I'll go from there. Some groups do a contest, some simply decide based on activity (like most posts, or who's been a member longest). We could even have a vote, where the members nominate other members. Then you guys can be in charge, essentially, of who's in charge of you. UNDERSTAND: Being a mod is not a "better than somebody" position; I need someone who can read the posts that I don't have time to get around to in order to make sure they meet the rules. A moderator enforces the rules that are posted in the group's description and tries to create a fair, fun atmosphere. Let me know here what you guys think we should do to appoint one or two new mods.
