Crissy I am interested in knowing what this book has to say. What age do they start the child at? I thought Mia was doing well, she sleeps thru the night, but daytime naps are horrible. She catnaps throughout the day, and I would like to try and break that habit. Do you find this book useful?

Beth absolutely the best sleep book for babies imho

Kate This book starts with infants and goes through adolescence.
