Do Biden and Obama always fly on separate planes?

I saw a special on the history channel last year about Air Force One. There is actually a second AF1 that flies everywhere with the first in case one breaks down somewhere.
I just assumed there was a rule they would have to fly separately.
I even had an aunt and uncle who would fly separately so there would be someone left for the kids, of which they had four.

I amuse myself so much. God, I'm clever. Why don't those high school kids just love the (_____insert noun) out of me?

My sister and her husband used to do that! How weird and morbid. I used to ask them all different questions, like, "do you ride in separate cars when you go out to dinner?" or "do you take different routes when you go for walks, in case you get hit by a car?"

If they're going to different places, they do.

gah, you beat me to it!
