Tera (TheBookishAbyss) | 91 comments I have read most Sandra Brown books. I started out reading her romances and then she changed genres to more suspense/thriller novels. If I remember right, French Silk was about a woman who working in the lingerie business and just like any other romance, there is something tragic that requires teaming up with some guy that she despises at first, then comes to love, they work everything out, solve the main problem and live happily ever after. Brown's characters are always likeable and the books are quick and enjoyable reading.

Sherry I read this years ago(I still remember the scene with the bubbles)I read several more of her books but they never matched this one. This one was by far the best of her books and I found the characters to be very relatable and likable. The women have a tendency to be a little to perfect in her other books.I like a character to have some humanity and she achieves that in this book.
