I told Gus I didn't like him. And I was originally going to say Martin in that sentence. Can we go to the joke shop? I'm in the mood for a prank....*rubs hands evilly*

Felix*flicks his wrist and a warm fire and a table with two chairs appeared melting the snow giving off a warm steam*

Mandy:*stares at the flower, leaning into it's petals and breathing in, almost as in a trance, then pulls back sharply and looks into his eyes* Please don't. *it reminded her exactly of Noel* You're not a fairy that makes flowers grow from your palms and then gives them to easily charmed ladies, are you? I've had enough of that.
Felix*smile falters before being replaced with a mocking tone and wimsical twist of the lips*
Im no freaky faerie no offense to my idol Puck. Put I did steal that rose from the shop down the street. Their prices are highway robbery.

Mandy:*her mouth quirks in a smile* I believe it. *reaches out and accepts the rose, feeling it's soft petals with a look of quiet intrigue* It's very...haunting.

Your story?
Mandy:Oh. *smiles dies* I guess I'll start from the beginning. I'm not a very good storyteller, so I'll probably skip around. *laughs quietly without mirth* I was homeschooled, and I hated it. My parents were very...protective. To the point of extreme. But that's not the reason I hated it. *she stares down and the ground, blinking rapidly* I hated it because my uncle lived with us and he was emotionally abusive, but my parents didn't trust me or believe me, and my uncle was always careful not to give proof. Because I was a little bit of a rebel, I guess, my parents didn't believe me. I fought with them all the time, so they could send me to Hogwarts, so I could stay away from my uncle. *voice cracks, she clenches her fists, so she won't cry* I've never told anyone this before. *takes a sharp breath and continues* I tried to be strong, but then stuff happened with Gus and Noel and everyone's a mess and it makes me an emotional wreck. *shudders slightly, remembering what her uncle did to her*
Felix*turns serious for a change and lays his hand ontop of hers*
What your Uncle did was wrong, but it wasn't yor fault. You did what you had to do to live a better life and get away from the abuse. One day, your parents will see the truth, until then, you can count on me to be there for you.
*sighs and rakes a hand through his hair*
I may not be there like how you want me to be, but I'll always be your friend, Mandi. You see, the thing is I dont want to hurt you, but Im afraid I might. I want to be more than friends, but Im still in love with someone else. She cannot love me back, because she's dead. My vampire girlfriend died and so much guilt eats at me that I cannot commit my heart to someeone else yet. I have feelings for you Mandi. I do, but I cannot let go. And if I cannot let go, I don't want you waiting for me or feel bound to me in anyway, because love is not always for forever.
Mandi:*wipes her eyes hastily, pulling away from his hands, then straightens, shocked at his words* Woah, woah. Back up. I never pledged undying love for you. We just met. I was--well, am--interested in you. But it was all playful flirting. You had a vampire girlfriend? *takes a deep breath, totally confused, but doesn't want to hurt his feelings*
Felix*smirks leaning back*
Just wanted you to know that I am unatainable and unaviable. Some girls dont get the message as quick is all.
*playful smile is back in place his mask and shield that oh so fake smile of his rare is the case when its genuien*
Mandy:*slugs him in the shoulder* You player. *grins jokingly and winks*
