Help with Amanda Cross/Carolyn G. Heilbrun's Kate Fansler series

It has been pointed out that these books were all released under the name Amanda Cross, a pen name for Carolyn G. Heilbrun. Accordingly, they should all currently be listed with Amanda Cross as primary, and (optionally) Carolyn G. Heilbrun as secondary. That is not the case for most of them, and the numbering is mostly not done either. I fixed a few, but I could use some help!
