Deleting Book Covers?

For this book Guilty Pleasures by Laurell K. Hamilton, there are multiple covers of the exact same book cover. And some that don't even have cover images. So I'm wondering if there's a way to delete those extra covers?

With one exception, which I deleted, all the editions either have unique ISBNs (and we don't delete those, whether the cover is the same as another edition or not) or have a unique cover, or are a Kindle or ebook edition.

I was just starting to add in some of the older edition covers for her books when she changed her website and dropped all the full sized pictures of alternate covers. Such a shame. I loved seeing all the cover variations. Especially the older ones. Hate the newest "style" choice.
