Homicide: A Year on the Killing Streets by David Simon is an incredible work of non-fiction. Chances are, what you think you know about law enforcement in general, and homicide detectives in particular, is wrong. This book represents a window into the reality of murder in the city of Baltimore.
This is a great book . I was at Half Priced Books in the "True Crime" section looking and saw it . I was wondering well maybe this will be alright . True Crime is all I read , mostly read , Homicide is a jewell of a book . I the next book I roll the dice on is as good as this one . Keep up the good work Mr.Simon
