How paedophile priest was allowed to evade justice (Evil of religion?)

That's sickening. People who sexually abuse children should be hung by their testicles from the side of a railroad bridge. That this man, and countless others like him, is walking free is a travesty. This is one of the things that is so horrible about religion. When we start judging people by their associations rather than their actions, we open ourselves up to situations like this, where people can hide behind the "inherent goodness" of their religious stature to commit atrocities. The church is the best thing that ever happened to pedophiles.
