Oh I love the Noble Dead series, I think it is a good combination of horror/fantasy with a touch of romance, although a shaky start it gets better with each book I think.

@Gokce, Suzanne and Felon it was so amazing! I couldnt put it down either! Really have to plan another trip to the bookstore to get Catching Fire *grin*
I was so good, I ordered all three from Amazon (the third one preordered) I am going to wait until they all out and then read them back to back!
I picked up the following from the library today:
Some are for a few July 2010 challenges & some are just because. I've just recently read my first Harlequin romance after staying away from those suckers like the plague so now I've made it my mission to find one I like enough to give at least 4 stars. God help me.
Oh &
should be coming in the mail any day now.
It's getting to the point where I'm buying 5 or 6 books every week! So far this week I've bought on my Kindle:Covet
the entire Demonica series
The first fever book
The first Vampire Academy book
Another random book someone suggested, can't find the name!
Reading just brings me such great joy...so if I spend a little too much, then oh well! I'm allowed my guilty pleasure!
just bought One Foot in the Grave
picking up from the library tomorrow:
The Darkest Whisper
Radiant Shadows
I recently picked up the following books from the library:Need by Carrie Jones
Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs by Molly Harper
Once Bitten, Twice Shy by Jennifer Rardin
After a crappy day yesterday I went to the bargain book shop and got the following for less than a fiver:
***Tip for UK peeps*** --> I later made a discovery which put a very big smile on my face: I found and downloaded Kindle for Android onto my phone and once I'd done so all the free books (which I'd previously had to pay VAT on) were FINALLY FREE! So I downloaded a couple:
as well as buying:
I hope youlike it Mariya, it is such a good series, for me it s up there with the Night Huntress series
I agree Suzanne. Although, I think it is better than the Night Huntress series (my all time fave -- I think the Fever series is better than the Kate Daniels series). Mariya, I have heard some people get frustrated with book #1 b/c Andrews drops you into the world without alot of explanations. She does that, which I like b/c she explains as she goes. I hope you like it!
I can't ever make up my mind between the two, most the time it is whichever one I have read most recently. But I do prefer Curran to Bones, there is just something about shifters!
I just got
from PBS. I don't want to start a new series but I couldn't help myself and I'll be starting it shortly.
I just bought Glass by Ellen Hopkins and I've been trying to find Stray by Rachel Vincent from a library preferably for this month's read (July).I'm jobless at the moment and don't want to spend money on books (and trust me...I could drop some serious cash on books)
Bought:

I was pleasantly surprised to see my local supermarket (Morrisons) selling UF and PNR this morning. And it was at a big discount!I bought
but they also had the first book and some JR Ward and Kenyon. I'll be browsing down their book aisle more often now!
I went to ASDA and couldn't resist buying:
It looks like a mix of steampunk and fantasy, how was any mere mortal able to resist!

It is a subset of fantasy, where technology is generally steambased, and is often set in a Victorian like era, and in the UK.Examples of steampunk:
I am not sure how well I have explained it though!
Although Scar Night is a bit different as it looks as though it is set in a alternate world.
Out of all those I would recommed "Northern Lights" if you haven't already read it, also found another one on my shelf:
I bought and downloaded
as the author's just signed a contract with a big publisher so I thought I'd get the rest of her books cheap whilst I can.
Just got the following in audio from my library:
and I just bought the following in audio:
I just bought these for my kindle:
and I just got these from the library:
Today I bought:
That last one is technically non-fiction but it looks entertaining. And please don't hate me for the Twilight parody, it made me laugh in the store so I bought it, plus it was on offer and it's a crime to ignore those, right? ;-)
I picked up these from the library today, although I can't read the majority of them yet since they're for August challenges:
And I bought these or got them from PBS(also can't read until August. *tear*):
