Danielle (leaningsun) | 8 comments I have The Ballad and the Source SEA GRAPE TREEand Note in Music on the shelf. But I haven't decided which one to read. Has anyone read either of these?

Karen | 75 comments I have the first and third ones on my shelf, Danielle. I think I'll try to read A Note in Music first, as it's her second novel and I read her first one, Dusty Answer last year.

Karen | 75 comments I started A Note in Music this morning and am quite enjoying it. The protagonists in this one are middle-aged as opposed to the very young characters in Dusty Answer. And by the way, this book has a black spine, not a green one. Were there many of those? It's not the cover shown on this site.
