(Note -- I changed the title to announce a day-by-day continuing Easter story over at the Craftie Ladies website http://craftieladiesofromance.blogspo... )

Is anyone doing a Lenton study or something else in preparation for Easter? My Thursday morning Bible study group is doing a series of lessons preparing for Easter -- we're on fasting at the moment. I always tell myself I will slow my life down so I can be more reflective during Lent, but I don't always succeed. How about you?

Marlayne Giron (thevictorbook) | 3 comments The Victor was released Easter and is an allegory of our love relationship with our Lord. Don't know if it would fit into your study but it is the Easter story as a medieval fantasy/fiction love story.

Ausjenny | 4959 comments we did a lenten study last year but not this year. we do have early morning mediations for the week before christmas but I dont tend to get going to leave the house before 7am.
we may be having a sunrise service for Easter Sunday

Victor Gentile (vicgsreviews) | 5 comments Our ministry has a daily devotional called the Word of Encouragement and during Lent we are focusing on the events that led to the crucifixion and the Resurrection. We will focus on why Jesus washed the disciple's feet, the crown of thorns, the spear in His side, the scourging(there was a reason) Anyone interested can sign up at www.kingdonairwaves.org the signup button is on the left. Thanks

Thanks for the heads up, Victor. I will check it out. I've been spring cleaning getting ready for Easter. Not very spiritual but uplifting, kind of coming out of the cave of winter into the bright sunshine of spring! The snow is melting.

WElcome, Fenixbird -- Feel free to share any of your reflections on the Lenton season if you go through the devotionals. I always like to hear about the thoughts God gives to others.

Welcome Louise and Fenixbird,
Nice to have you.
Janet is the unofficial "leader" of this LIH Group, but I try to drop in once a day-so I don't miss any of the fun!
This week I've been quiet because I've been cleaning my office. My dh used it from July through Jan. It's mine again but what a mess!
I'm almost there though. And the snow is melting here and that gives me a lift. I like snow but not in March!

Thanks, Jenny, you, Jennifer and the others in this group are faithful readers, a joy to a writer's heart. Tomorrow I'm going to start a series of blogs titled: "How it Works-Being an Author." You can read it on my GR profile page. I'm going to write about what Janet, I and other authors do everyday!
