Why We Love Damon

Post all the reasons (And there are many) on why you think Damon is the best ever character in the book.

Well...I'm not sure... He isn't the most trustworthy. He's funny, but what he strives for always hurts him. I think he should get Stephen out of the picture before he starts showing his love for Elena. But does he really love her is now the question? Who knows, maybe it's only because Stephen likes her and its a brother think. Or it could be that he actually does love her... Sorry, I know that this isn't what I looove about Damon, but it needed to be said

Yeah! The book would be more interesting if Elena fell in love with Damon, but in the end decided its Stefan she'll stay with...idk. But in the TV show version, Damon isn't in love with Elena, nor does he want her. It's Katherine he's after.

That is so weird. I wonder why they did that... Does it make the show more interesting??? I guess they might have just wanted change

Maybe. Anyhow, just like in the novel, it turns out she was free all along but didn't care to show up. In the TV show, this breaks Damon's heart. Awwww!

Yeah, well, since we read the book, it would have been boring if everything was the same in the tv show, so I like the changes. :P

Damon is just cute because he just is a bad boy & who doesn't like that...
Plus he shows that he cares in his own way also...
