Writing or Typing?

Some people like to write all their homework and turn it in the next day; some people, such as myself, liket o type our homework, making sure it's neat before we turn it in to be graded. Which one do you prefer and why?

I prefer to type my homework if it's something like an essay or research paper. Other than that, most of my homework is written just because I don't want to waste any ink or copy paper. I like typing my work--and other things as well-- because it's always neat and legible. Also, I can type faster than I can write; if I mess up, it doesn't take long to correct the mistake and keep typing. Therefore, my mind doesn't wander over other things in the middle of long sentences.

For homework it's hands down typing. I don't have the neatest handwriting so it's neat. Usually I will write it however due to my to study halls and lack of a computer. I like to write when I'm writing a story/novel, then again typing is faster and I'll usually type it up anyway. Though choice.

I always typed my essays and research papers (before computers). Once computers were in fashion, I definitely typed them. It was easier to correct that way and looked neater. The teachers usually wanted them typed out no matter what.

depends on what I want to write... For writing school notes, I definitely write, but for writing stories I type. It's so much easier and less tiring :)

My handwriting is next to illegible so I type everything I can : )

It's okay. I know a lot of people--which sometimes includes myself--whose writing is practically chicken-scratch. Lol

I prefer typing...it is a whole lot easier. If I write too much, I get writers cramp.

I prefer to type 100%. I already write too much in school as it as, and consequently have a callus on my finger from holding my pencil too tight. >_<

So, yeah, typing.

but in the end it depends on the subject
if its something not that important i dont do it neatly and stuff

yeah, me too. I prefer typing than writing if it comes to writing a story/novel.

For things like that, I'm not really sure. I usually have to do it for school, so I just write it. But I haven't really had a lot of experience with writing stories and novels.
