I started this group to replace my forthcoming listmania lists from Amazon.

I'll try to add any upcoming urban fantasy books I know about, you can add any books I've left off to the suggestions shelf, but please only add books that have not been released in the US.

I'll also add some other books just because I'm interested in them, I'll create other shelves if we need them.

Please report any errors or release date changes in the updates folder.

Go to the bookshelf page and enter a title, author or ISBN in the search field on the left of the page under add books and click search. When you find the book on the results page, click on the corresponding add to group button. A box will open where you can enter details.
Click on choose shelves, select the to-read shelf and the suggestions shelf. Please enter the release date in the start date field. If you want to add more details, just add them in the box that says why this book. Don't forget to click on the save to group button when you are finished.

Donna, thanks for adding those, can't believe I missed adding Blood Sacrifice, since I do have it on my shelf.

Should I add genre shelves? I probably won't get them added to all of the books already here, but it might help since we are adding more than just urban fantasy now.

Maybe I should get rid of the suggestions shelf too, or at least rename it. I guess I thought I would need to identify the ones I didn't add, but I can do that by sorting by the added by field.

What do you think? Any other shelves I should add or change?

I think it would be a great idea to add shelves for UF, PNR, Steampunk, etc. Using the shelves as categories would be easier and more intuitive for users to find the books they are looking for.

For the ones I already added, I put UF or PNR in the details box when I add the new book.

Well, that's nice, but this group is mostly for speculative fiction and posting the same message in 200 groups is spam. If you actually want to discuss appropriate ways of using goodreads to promote your books, I have a better group for that.
