The girl fell. It all happened quickly. A glare of her father, a compassionate look from her mother, and next thing Rose knew she was tumbling, falling. Chilly air nipping her skin, her hair flying around madly. The faint glow she usually had around her was disappearing, she was becoming human...or something along the lines of that. In moments, Rose landed with a hard, painful crash against the ground

Eko was pulled toward the earth like a bullet when he landed he cried out in agony as he landed on his wings and the completly came off. For long everlasting seconds he was paralized in shock when he heard the screams of his girlfriend. "Jenel!" he yelled running toward her bulleting form when she landed he raced for her when two angel came from no where and held him back as another angel slowly turned her into stone. "No!" he screamed struggling desprately. Jenel reached for him then was completly imprisoned. the angels let go and took their leave leaving Eko to fall to his knees and cry out in agony and anger before cuping his hands over his eyes and crying.

Rose was unconscious, for however long, she didn't know. When her eyes blinked painfully open, her first sights were the stars, her family and friends, twinkling pitifully at her below. For a moment she forgot that she'd tumbled thousands of feet, her breath caught in a sharp pain and she cried out, shock and terrified emotions running through her. It was then she heard the screams of two people, and pounding of what sounded like feet. She desperately wanted to move, but found herself stuck, too weak and numb to move.
"Help." she cried meekly, knowing no one would hear her.

Eko felt the pain of his fall come back to him and where his wings had torn off he was bleeding heavily. hearing Rose's cry for help and forced himself to leave his lover's side for a moment . eyes puffy from crying he walked gracefuly toward Rose and winced slightly. "How can i help." his voice was husky

Rose shrieked in freight at Eko, and even louder in pain as it racked her body. "I'm sorry, and...I don't know I just can't move." She said, almost glaring at him for scaring at her.

"sorry." he said coldly then he winced, "i could see if i still have my abilities..." Heclosed his eyes in consentration and shadows serounded him then the went over to Rose moving slowly seemingly pulsing over her.

Rose resisted the urge to roll her eyes, "I don't bite."

"hmmm." he mumbled as the shadows retreated, "That should be better even if only a little." he collapsed out of exhaustion then began clawing his way back to jenel's frozen form

Rose raised an eyebrow, surprised by how much better she felt. "Thank you." she said, and slowly sat up. Her limbs felt stiff and awkward, but she'd get over it. She watched Eko go back to wherever he was going, and slowly and carefully stood

Eko panted heavily he'd lost an lot of blood from where his wings had been. he stopped unable to make it all the way he pounded his fist in frusteration.

Rose made her way over, kneeling cautiously beside him. She saw the tears of aggravation, and blood dripping down his back.
"Jeez." She murmured, then turned to see a frozen statue of a girl. Rose glanced from Eko to her, and back to Eko. "She's beautiful." Rose said, inclining her head toward the girl.

Air sat boredly from a tree just hanging out watching all these events, They all bored her to death this wasn't even semi-interesting. She felt like leaving but then what would she do?

Eko sighed, "She was.. there's nothing i can do." a spassum went threw his body his eyes widened and slowly but painfully black feathers grew from his back and grew into wings blood crusted around the base of them

Rose gasped, then grit her teeth. "So, I'm guessing fallen angel, huh?"

Air hopped down from her tree after the boy grew wings and clapped her hands in delight. "How fun!" She said happily

Eko looked at her a mask of nothingness went across his face, "yes what a thing to call fun." he said more then a little bitterly

Rose stood abruptly, her back cracking. "Hell." She muttered, rubbing it. Then glared at Air, "Fun?"

Air smiled brightly, "He just grew wings, I do not get to see that every day!" She said shrugging lightly

Rose rolled her eyes, "And I just fell from there." She pointed, feeling agitated. Mainly because she was cast away from her family, blamed for something that wsn't her fault.

"Cool! Your a Star Child! WOW! Tonight must be extra magical!" She said hopping up and down joyously

Rose grimaced, resisting the urge to slap Air. "I have an 'imperfection." She snapped, using air quotes around 'imperfection'

"COOL!" She said even happier "Is it nice up there? I spend all my time in Hell, it isn't to bad down there, but sometimes they REALLY need to turn down the thermostat." She said extra fast

Air rolled her eyes, "Go there, then say that."

Rose scoffed, "If I had a choice, I wouldn't be up there. And I guess I got it." She said, the scar on her back suddenly feeling warm and painful

Air doubled over in laughter "Company and parties." She choked out while rolling around on the ground

"Lier." Air said. She had an urge to set her pants on fire but immediately squished it. "Fine." She said. She started throwing a ball of blue fire up in the air and catching it repeatedly

Rose spread her fingers and faced her palm towards Air's fire ball, it immediately stopped and raced back to Rose's hand, she bounced it on the palm and smirked. "What?" she asked Air

This mad Air smile, "Do you REALLY wanna mess with me?" She said in a sickly sweet child's voice

Rose laughed, her voice silky and floated around in the air, "Honey, I wouldn't dream of hurting you...yet. But trust me, I have powers just like yours, but I don't use them for games."

Air shrugged "Okay." She said flatly. "There's probably just one thing that sets the two of us apart..." She said sweetly
