And the winner is Selena. Also on the list are: Emma Watson, who got third place and Taylor Swift.
Rhianna is also on the list, though we are not sure how or why after some of the other outfits we showed you the other day. Perhaps she just made the list because of her natural beauty and voice.
Dakota Fanning is also on the list but way at the bottom at number 17. After her comes Miley, who almost didn't make the list at all.
