Sirens roared in Aly's ears as she was rushed into the E.R. She moaned in agony, clutching her arm that had shards of glass jutting out of the side. She couldn't locate her friends, who they told her were being taken care of. She struggled, only to get put down again. Ma'am, did you know your friend was drunk miss? a voice asked her.
"He wasnt...we didnt drink." Aly said groggily.
Okay Justin might have had one or two drinks, but she didn't think that could cause him to crash. She had been stupid and gone partying the day after finals. Funny, she was ending up in the E.R. one way or another. Med school got her here.
Steve on the other hand was walking into his patient's room. Mr. Jim Saliphan seemed to have blood cancer, Lukemia. He frowned at the chart and walked inside to deliver the bad news
Twenty minutes later he was back walking down the halls, ordering nurses to start the patient on chemo. It would be a long hard fight, but he knew the man would pull through. Next he went into the room of a Lupis patient, checking on how the incurable woman was. An hour of crying and screaming was his reward.

Steve finished his stuff up and walked to Peter's office with a file in hand. He knocked once and entered. "Hey. Need a consult before I get the consent forms, got a sec?"
"I'm thinking brain surgery." he said. Gonna remove a binine tumor, but I dunno if you'll think it's too close to the spine."(making her charrie hang on)
Mikayla walked through the hospital, pushing past people in her way. "Move, cmon, surgeon coming though!" she called, her green eyes flashing furiously. She was leading a big transplant today, and these people were in her way
"Yeah but knowing you, you'd take the risk." he said. He sighed. "Yeah I know, that's what I was thinking.."(knew it!)
Rachel dragged herself around the lcinic taking charts, her lips pursed./ SHe as a resident, ABOVE a intern, what was she doing in the clinic! She wanted to be a neuro attendee, she huffed as she finished in the clinic and walked up to the main desk to grab a case, she had to or she'd just go nuts.
"Move!" Mikayla growled at a surgeon in her way. "What are you talking about Dr. Grey?"
"This is my surgery!" she snapped.
"Yeah yeah." Steve said, gathering his file. "Thanks, man. I'll go check with Sydney."
Steve chuckled. "I will. See ya later." he said, leaving the office and walking to sidneys office
Steve shook his head and tentatively knocked on his boss's door. Sidney didn't scare him per say, but she was a bit...threatening. (might disappear going to the library for a bit)
Steve entered, glancing at his boss, "I need your okay to do brain surgery to remove a tumor." he announced
"I do." he replied, handing her the scans
"We have." he said shortly. "I think this would be the best bet for now, his reaction isnt a good one. The risk of death on the surgery is high, but if he doesnt get this surgery his risk of death is even higher."
"Thank you." he said gruffly, picking up the scans and forms from her. "I'll schedual the OR."
Zoey sat at the receptionist desk, answering calls and filling out and filing numerous papers.
Steve walked down the hall, only to find Mikayla yelling at another surgeon."Woah woah Mikayla! What's going on?!" he asked.
"Some idiot changed the schedual! O'brein has my surgery." she said, crossing her arms. Obrien took the oppertunity to rush into the OR. ""Get back here-!" she growled, but Steve held her back.
"Relax Mikayla."
"But it was my first lead on a heart surgery! You know I'm always assisting." she protested, sighing. She was obviously upset.
"Dont worry, I got one for you to do. Dangerous one though."
Mikayla took the scans from him in mild interest
