Seth strolled down the street with Julia. She was going on about some case she was working on, asking his advice when he spotted a girl in a little skimpy mini skirt. His eyes windened and Julia slapped him behind his head. "Shes atleast five years younger than you, if she's legal." she said sharply.
Seth grinned at her and winked."Seth! Let's go." she said, dragging him away
"Aww c'mon Jewl!" he moaned."No. Your a pig."
"Hey. I'm Seth." he greeted, shaking her hand and flashing her a smile from beneath his stubble.Julia rolled her big emerald eyes. "Seth we're gonna be late." she muttered
"Work." he said. "We have a lunch meeting to attend." he smirked.Julia looked at her with obvious detest, just by how flirtatious and young this girl was. "How old are you?" she blurted
(thought she was 19...)"You look much younger." she commented mildly, looking at Seth who grinned at her. "I just mean pink mini skirts seem very adolescent." she finished
She bit back her rather venomous remark. Instead she chose a bit of a...softer response. "No ones suggesting anything, just making an observation. If you want to expose yourself to men like Seth who can't stay with one woman more than one night, then it's your choice."
Julia smirked. "Told you." she said to Seth. He rolled his eyes and followed her to lunch(gtg)
Julia and Seth walked down the street, arguing as usual."...all I'm saying is that if you were a bit nicer maybe you wouldnt be single right now." Seth said innocently.
"And all I'm saying is that if you werent such an ass, you'd have more friends."
"Words can hurt you know." he said
"So can the truth." she replied in a monotone.
"Touche."
Julia and Seth looked up. "My fault." they both apoligized at the same time, earning a glare at seth from Julia. "Sorry." she said sympathetically.
Seth chuckled. "Cant argue with that, though your friends couldve warned you?"
Julia smirked a bit. "I see. I'm Julia. This is Seth, my idiot best friend."
Seth grinned at her and Julia nearly rolled her eyes at that grin she was seeing more and more recently
Seth frowned at her saddened look "You okay?"(will be on/off my gave shows on)
Julia shifted uncomfortably and glanced at Seth who shruuged
"I see." he said, frowning, feeling sorry.
"Twenty three." she said"Twenty four." he shrugged
"Cool." he nodded. Julia smiled a bit. "Mhm."
"Oh maybe we'll se you around." Julia said. "Yeah, later." Seth said
Julia and Seth chuckled and went into the coffee shop where Remy was working
The two ate chatted before Julia had to run for a presentation at her firm.
bianay walked down the street slowly watching her feet, she thought she heard talking, she looked up and saw a older man coming out of the coffee shop down the road. she quickened her pace till she was very near to him, she ran up to him and toppled into him, "o my gosh! im so sorry!" she exclaimed.
Remy stood inside the coffee shop at the counter, wiping down the service area. She hated this job, but there was no better way for her to pay for art school than this job along with selling some paints at an art store on the weekends. It sucked, 100% sucked.
the man did not respond. so she quickly walked into the coffee shop towards the girl wiping down the equipment, "do you work here?" bianey asked.
"Yep. Sadly." Remmy muttered in frustraition
"Oh, whys that?" Bianay asked as she pulled up a stoll from a table and sat by remmy intently.
"I only have to work here to pay for school." she frowned, drying a cup. "Its not what I wanna do."
Kristen walked in, her heels clacking as she walked. She ordered a cup of coffee and sat down at the table across from Seth.
(ah wow vanster I missed your post O.o)Seth glanced sideways at Kristen as Remy walked over with his drink. She rolled her eyes at his usual lingering expression.
Tanner groaned, walking out of the bar. She looked at her motorcycle and sighed. "Drunk drivers." She muttered, the back part of her bike dented and the light broken. She sighed and looked around, seeing a car repair shop down the road.
Tanner turned on the motorcycle, but the seat was screwed up, so instead of riding it, she pushed it along the side of the road. It took her a few minutes to get to the shop, but parked the motorcycle, then went inside, ringing the bell on the counter.
Tanner ran her fingers through her hair tiredly, she had been working through the night. "Ya um...my bike." She pointed over to the deep blue motorcycle. "Can you fix it? Or are you booked for the day?"
She nodded, then walked back out and rolled her motorcycle around to the garage.
She rolled her eyes and frowned. "Would you be surprised if i told you it's actually....new. Got it last week." (okay)
"I work at a bar, accidents happen." She shrugged. "I learned my lesson though. Note to self: don't bring shiny new motorcycle to the bar again."
She arched a brow. "Is it like a specail today or something?"
Tanner smirked. "If i was this tired and partly drunk, i would have thought that was a pick up line." She smiled. "Which, as a bartender, i hear a lot of."
She nodded, smiling a little. "Well then...thankyou. But i really will feel bad not paying..."
Tanner thought for a second, then nodded. "Okay, deal. You fix the bike, i'll buy you any drink you want."
She looked at the minnie fridge and got a water, sipping at it. "So, when do you get off work?"
She frowned a little. "I'm sorry for keeping you late then."
