I have included "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel in this discussion forum, for the only reason that the central character in the book is a 16 year old Indian boy Pi Patel. I found this book to be quite entertaining, gripping and thought provoking. Anybody else read this book and their views/ comments.

Joanne | 1 comments I did read it, but I have to say. I don't recall liking this book very much. It was very difficult for me to get into. I read it because it was so popular, but I finished and thought "hmm, wonder what everyone liked about it so much".

Atishay | 1 comments Lovely story and quite unimaginable. I had never really been keen on reading Booker Prize winners but this was a great turnaround for me because this was the first one I read and I loved it.
