Mark and her younger sister Kayla walked to their schools together. Kayla held her sisters hand hiding behind her the whole way to her school. Mark just smiled to her yougner sister and then took her to her classroom hugged her and ran to her class her sister was in 9th grade and very shy and quiet. Mark was the out-going and talkitive sister of the two.

Mark sighed lightly and sat down in her chair as math class began for the high school kids.

Kayla sat in her chair away from all the other kids who were talking and she turned to the window and just stared outside at the colors of fall beggining to bloom. It made her want to draw so she took out her pencil and paper and began to sketch a fall/autumn scene with the tree's turning the vibrant colors of fall.

Kayla got called to the office. The principal had her talk to some people about a recent school problem...she had no idea what they were talking about...so they let her go back to class.

Mark was bored. She wanted to go ahead and leave school...she was worried about her sister...already and it had only been a couple of minutes since they had parted.

Kayla was walking back to class when she ran into some of the girls she used to know in grade school she smiled and waved. They looked at her smiling nervously and then they walked away from her. Kayla blinked looking after them. "why wont anyone talk to me today?" she wondered...she had no idea about the rumor or the current events at the school.

a school moniter found tiffi wandering the halls and took her to the office "not agian," tiffi sighs

Mark saw someone walking in the hall past her classroom and she looked out the window again.

Kayla sighed lightly....she wanted to know why...high school was so full of drama. She hated being a freshman this year.

Kayla looked at the clock after a while and the bell rang. She smiled got her stuff and ran into the hallway swiftly. She looked around for her friends...she found them and they just walked away from her again. She raised an eyebrow confused. She shrugged and went to find her sister Mark.

Mark walked through the halls boredly. She found her little sister and smiled, "hey your still gonna meet me on the roof for lunch right?" she asked.

Kayla smiled and nodded hugging her sister.

Kayla and Mark sat at the lunch table with each other and talked. They laughed lightly at something Mark(Marisa) had said. "hey kayla....you like anyone at the school yet?" she asked her younger sister.

Kayla shook her head no vigurously, "n-...no i dont sis" she said still smiling.

Mark smiled back to her, "if you say so...i never really thought about it till i just mentioned it myself" she said laughing lightly. She saw a boy walk into the cafeteria. She looked at him closely and noticed he was kinda cute. But, she didnt wanna say anything...since she didnt hardly know his or nothing.

Cody looked around and saw a girl staring at him he smirked and winkied at her before sitting down

Marisa blushed lightly and then just smiled and looked back at her sister, "hey do you know that guy over there?" she asked whispering to her younger sister Kayla.

Kayla nodded, "yeah that's cody....he's known at this school by a ton of girls" she said giggling, "let me guess you like him?" she asked winking to her sister lightly.

Mark smirked, "like him?....i dont even know the dude" she said laughing lightly.

Cody watched the girl that was staring at him he looked at his buddy "Hey do you know who she is" he asked.
His friend ,Ty, nodded "Thats Mark"

Kayla smiled, "....hey....mark? Can you help me with my math homework when we get home today? I mean i get how to do most of it...but there's a few problems i dont understand" she smiled.

Mark nodded, "sure thing kayla" she said happily.

Mark smiled and then the lunch bell rang to start heading back to class. Mark and Kayla hugged each other before they went there seperate ways down the hallway.

Mark went to her locker real quick to get her homework out of it. She got it and then she decided to go ahead and drop all her other stuff off that she didnt really need.

Mark jumped lightly as she closed her locker she looked over at him, "....ye-yeah it is" she smiled tomboyishly with her hands in her pockets her stuff under one of her arms.

Mark look at there hands and just ignored it, "....if your trying to hit on me your gonna have to try better than that cody" she said as she took away her hand and put it on his shoulder, "...ive been here for a while now...and you might not have seen me cause we are in different classes" she said and smiled. The warning bell for people to get to class rang, "later" she said and began to walk down the hall to her classroom.
