I think you mean AllRomanceeBooks or ARe. They are wonderful, but they only sell in the formats the publishers add specifically, so if a publisher doesn't convert to what you want to buy, they won't carry it. http://www.allromanceebooks.com/

If you're trying to purchase the Coming Together anthologies for charity, buy them at ARe, if possible! ARe donates their portion of the sale to the charity, as well as the rest of the sale, so 100% of the sale price gets donated there. Can't beat that!

Also, ARe has a non-romance sister site called OmniLit. http://www.omnilit.com/ Both are fab sites.
