Favorite sex scene?

The other sex scene that i've been guilty of reading more than once is in Outlander. When the first get to Leoch(sp) and they get in a huge fight over Langhorne. They are both so rough with each other and I like that he claims her as his. Its hard to see the line between anger and passion sometimes and Diana shows that beautifully. Love it!!

I completely agree. :) That is my favorite.
My god, there are so many.... One that sticks out in my mind, is in the 'Fiery Cross', after Jamie and Claire's fight over him gambling, and her rings. Afterwards, he comes to her, drags her to a barn, and during, without words, he grabs her wrists, brings them above her head, and slips both rings on each of her fingers.. Afterwards he apoligises for using her like an animal... lol.

The Outlander one certainly stands out, but I think my favorites are the ones with humor in them, which is why I like the one from Voyager. I also like the one from Echo in the garden where they are each becoming the "masters of their domain." I know that a lot of people (perhaps on other boards and not here; can't remember!) didn't think that that scene was Jamie and Claire-ish, but I loved it b/c it was underlaced with humor.

Atleast tell me how far into the book it is... Ive read them all except Echo, as I know it ends in one hell of a cliffhanger, and I just couldn't deal with that.. Lol. So, I am waiting till closer ti the release of the next one, to read it. Unless my willpower fails me, before that. Which is likely.. :)

Hmm, it's towards the middle/end. Definitely not in the beginning.

Totally agree with you. The hot springs were very hott!! I'm guilty of reading that scene more than once, Hehe.

Yup.I also like their 'reunion' on the hillside at Louise's country house (after Claire loses the baby and stays with Louise, and Jamie gets out of prison and comes to find her). It's right before they discover the couple in the cave...

That is one of my favs from Voyager when he finds out about Louie.

Its in DFIA. After Jamie duels with Randall, Claire looses the baby. She then goes to Louise's country house and stays there. While she's there she's really upset with Jamie and doesn't ever want to see him again. A few weeks later he does come to find her, after a day of Jamie being there they take a horse back ride, and thats where they have their' reunion on the hillside' it starts on pg: 511.

The one in the beginning of Drums of Autumn. When they are traveling and Claire goes to wash off in the river while the boys set up camp. And she lays down on the warm rock naked and is "taking care" of her self when Jamie walks over and they make love on the rock all hot and sticky. That ones pretty good too.

Yes Yes Yes!! I had to read that one a few times :) Or remember when they are first married and he asks her "The wanting... will that ever stop." Oh man!!

People, how about after the delivery in Echo...in the barn? That was pretty intense and added a whole new raunch to their relationship.

She gets angry, cause he asked for the gold, and ended up taking them both off. She didn't see him for the rest of the day. Then, at night, in her sleep, someone creeped into her room, and started molesting her leg, and she woke up and left the room to find Jamie at the foot of the stairs, looking magnificent in his savage glory. He tells her to come, she does, he leads her to the barn...... etc, etc.
I'm thinking of something different. She wanders off in a huff (can't remember) and he finds her in a barn or carriage house, takes her up against the wall, makes her watch him enter and basically makes her admit she's his...must have been jealous over someone else. Now I'll have to find it...I'll be back.

That's was a great one. Do you think it was Jamie feeling her leg? I thought Claire could never figure that out.

I just skipped to the 'leg molestation' part in FC because I was soooooo curious (I'm about 250 pages into the book and hadn't come to that section yet). I'm totally in agreement that it was not Jamie, but that Wylie guy... eeewwww. He probably didn't go downstairs if Jamie was down there (assuming he was not being very quiet given his state), and probably hid until C&J went outside and then made his escape. Did I already say "eeeewwwwww"??

I gotta find my copy of this book. I read it years ago (when it came out) and have NO recollection of this scene AT ALL. I may need to repurchase it if I can't find it. Yikes! Don't tell my DH :)
i'm listening to these in audiobook right now on my drive into work and at the end of DFIA right now where Jamie sends her back and their night in the cottage - I had forgotten how sweet it was at the beginning, but how desperate it turned the closer the end of their time together got...
I just got to the scene in Voyager where Jamie and Claire are on the Artemis and have been a bit...ummm...frustrated, and they suddenly realize that his cabin is empty and they take off to go do it. But he can't get his laces untied because they're all wet, and she's sawing at them with the letter opener, and they're both laughing hysterically and he pulls out his dirk to cut his pants off. He throws her up on the desk and hoists her skirts, but she tells him to stop because she hears someone coming and he says:"Too late. I must have ye, or die."
He takes her quickly, she bites hard into his shoulder. And two minutes later Innes comes in and finds them all wet and disheveled, the desk a mess and Jamie half-naked.
So far the sex scenes in this book are such fun - and I hear it gets better. Can't wait!

I love the one where Jamie is describing his lust to the priest in 'confession' (to buy time for Bree and Marsali to have the babies baptised) and he describes Claire rocking the butter churn and what he'd like to do to her on it. Damn! Farm life sounds so sexy.
