Ah, don't worry! I've certainly been there, scraping up whatever I could find just for one dress. ^^ Thankfully, lolita is becoming much more accessible now. Have you heard of Bodyline?

Ooh, I like. I've been able to find some stuff in thrift shops, like some vintage ruffled blouses. Also, I found a shop in one mall near here that had some mini top hats. They were really cute, too.
