Cat Singh | 202 comments Will Anita ever get it?
Will Jean Claude force it on her?
Will Richard get it too?
Will the ever have a working triumverate, like the earthmover?
Oh... so many questions....

And the answer is:
Yes
Probably (but it will be for her own good)
more than likely
yeah right no way yeah they could all get the fourth mark but I don't think it would work for a while Richard would shield like nobodys business. Anita would be sooo mad and stuborn it would take months or years for it to actually work. Poor Jean Claude is surrounded by the most stuborn people in the world.

Cat Singh | 202 comments I think Richard would have to do it to save Anita, that's the only thing i think his stupid stubborn-ness would give way for. I think Jean Claude has his work cut out for him....

I don't know if Richard would even do it to save Anita His selfishness is a major factor. I think he would need to be forced into doing it as well as Anita, and then they would both join a I hate Jean Claude fan club for a while until eventually they get overthemselves and realize that he only did it to save them and that was because he loves them. I think Jean Claude is going to end up pulling out his hair (AHHHH Wait don't do that it's so pretty),being around these two for the rest of their lives. But you know what I do have a question. If Anita gets the fourth mark and is able to live as long as her "master" lives does that mean that Nathaniel and Damien are going to live that long too? hmmm just a thought.

Jennifer Pearson | 14 comments My mom, my girlfriend, and I have a theory.

We theorize that Belle Morte will try to make Anite her Human Servant, thereby forcing Jean-Claude's hands into giving her, and Sir Angsts-A-Lot, the forth mark.

Anita will hate him, and that woman can prioritize her hatred, and Richard...Well, we don't care about him. He'll be pissy and Emo any way this happens.

Cat Singh | 202 comments Also remember, that the mother of all darkness said the only reason she hadn't killed them already, was because the fourth mark wasn't there yet, and that she wanted to make Anita hers.

I think Belle Morte is going to have to die, or help defeat Mommie Dearest and be forced into a truce to leave JC's territory alone....

ooohh I totally forgot about that. Ok what if when Anita finally does get the fourth mark for whatever reason possible death or whatever, that inspires Mommies attack. Oh that could so happen.

Cat Singh | 202 comments If that happens, Richard better get his shit together, because i think it's going to take both working healthy triumverates to go up against mommie dearest.
Maybe they'll bring in the master of Chicago, and the Merman will come into his sirenhood, and Asher will get super powers, all in the same book!!!
ok, yeah right, but if Anita gets the fourth mark, well damn, i feel like anything could happen after that...

Cat Singh | 202 comments So, i think the fourth mark is totally imperative if mommie comes to play.... or even if she just wakes up all the way....

mlady_rebecca | 278 comments I think they're going to get themselves in a tight spot where the fourth mark is the only choice. For Anita, I'm not sure why she still objects to the fourth mark, but I think Richard will require a big push.

If Anita gets the fourth mark and is able to live as long as her "master" lives does that mean that Nathaniel and Damien are going to live that long too? hmmm just a thought.

Stacey, yes, I think so. Jason as well, post "Blood Noir".

Melissa (seabsmith) | 6 comments I haven't the slightest clue, but I can't wait to see what happens.

The only reason I think JC would give Anita the fourth mark would be to save her life. Who knows, she might surprise us all and ask for it!

Anita is a bit of a special case. Anita's role in her Tri with Damian and Nathaniel is as "master necromancer". In a way, she's filling the normal vampire role. In the Tri with Jean-Claude and Richard, Anita is the human servant.

Anita's Tri with Damian and Nathaniel is complete, all four marks. Anita, Richard, and Jean-Claude share three marks.

I'm not sure how many marks Jason has, or how tightly he's tied to Anita's Tri with Damian and Nathaniel. It's entirely possible they exchanged blood and share all four marks.

Anita can't be in the "human servant" role with more than one vampire. Since she is Damian's master, that role doesn't conflict with her bond to Jean-Claude.

At the moment, besides Jean-Claude's marks, Anita also carries the first two marks from Belle Morte. Belle would need to physically be in the same place as Anita to give her either the third or forth marks, since they require a blood exchange. So if Jean-Claude finished things, Belle's marks would drop, but not Anita's second Tri.

I'm not sure if Mommy Dearest has tried (or succeeded) in marking Anita, or not. Again, at the most it would have been two marks.

LOL. See, not complicated at all. *g*

So, ideally, Jean-Claude will give Anita and Richard the final mark, and then Jean-Claude, Anita, Richard, Damian, Nathaniel, and Jason would all be tied together.

And I imagine Anita's going to get additional animals-to-call. So that list may grow.

mlady_rebecca | 278 comments LOL. No problem. I've read the whole series at least three times. Individual books, more than that.
