I'm seeing the movie tonight and I guessed it was going to be pretty disappointing :(
I just finished the Lightning Theif, and I'm yet to read the rest. The trailers looked good, but since when was Persephone actually there with them? And B, Anabeth has BLONDE hair. Grover is white, no offense. Also there was this 5-headed dragon thing in one of the trailors. And the person who plays Percy is 18!!!
Well at least Percy Jackson is the main character in the movie and his buddies are Anabeth and Grover. I hope... Otherwise the movie would be jank.

I saw the movie! I hated it so much!!! I mean it was a good movie as a movie, but it completely SUCKED at following the book! This morning I counted 51 main things that didn't follow the book.
I loved it as a movie just to go see. It was awesome. But it was really bad at following the book.
