OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!
Just saw the movie from the midnight premiere. Wow
somethings irked me but overall an okay movie some parts were pretty cool.
(lol it's 2:30 in the morning and i'm super hyper omg i just saw the movie lol)

urgghh.. they changed so many things.. darn. dionysius and ares are not even on it.. the Oracle's not there also.. and isn't annabeth supposed to like Luke at that time.. there's also no threat from Kronos rising to power.. there's really a lot of things missing and a lot of things changed..
i love the scene with medusa though.. hahah..
i guess it's okay.. for the effects and all..
We're seeing it in a few hours...There's no midnight premiere at in my college town :(

i loved the casion and water power scene. percy's giggle cracked me up.

the movie is totally different from the boook.. they made it like it can stand alone.. there's no hint on anything about sea of monsters.. still a good movie though.. btw i ♥ the flying shoes..!!! i want one...!!!

i think the movie was great! but im dissapointed in it. i expected it to have parts of it exactly like the book, but they didn't. it seemed like they tried to combine all the books into one movie...it had good humor and effects.i was surprised at the music and loved the movie as a personwho hasn't read the books, but as a fan i am upset!

ya, was okay. I missed the lack of the gods being themselves. Luke, Poseidon not wearing his Hawaiian shirt and shorts. Then I was really weirded out by the whole you can't see your children/poseidon was with sally and percy for seven months, and luke and annabeth had never met their parents. i don't know how they're going to make a sequel. this movie was eragonish.
I was upset they did not really stick to he book! SO many things were changed or cut out! but it was a really good movie

I just got back from seeing it, and it was EPIC!Best Lines:

Grover: Dude, I'm not going to DIE then come back later!
Annabeth: Guys, we're not here to have fun. (eats flower) I just remembered why we're here...to have fun! (giggles)

Comments on the Actors:
Logan Lerman: Wow, he was great! He's the perfect Percy. Also, seeing him giggle = priceless XD
Alexandra Daddario: I thought I wouldn't like her, but she was actually a good Annabeth. She is so pretty and has a beautiful smile. Some of the scenes I liked her in were the Capture the Flag scene and when Percy first saw her (she kicks a**!), the scene with Medusa, and the scene at the hotel when Percy's in the pool. HOWEVER, I didn't like her in the scene with the hydra.
Brandon T. Jackson: I didn't think he was going to be good either, but he was great as Grover. He was so funny.
Sally Jackson (I don't know the actress's name): She was good and she had that tired look, but I think she was too old looking.
The Things They Changed:
I only had issues with a few: No Thalia? No Ares? No epic capture the flag scene with Clarisse and the water (I know they still had it, but it was missing Clarisse)? No shoes that fly to Tartarus? AND most importantly...what happened to the Arch scene? THAT WAS EPIC! But other than those, it was fine.

One of my friends that I saw it with was ultimately annoyed that Annabeth never ONCE called Percy Seaweed Brain. Thought that Percy and Luke were hot. But I missed Kronos.And Ares. And Clarisse. ect. I mean seriously? There wasn't even a poodle giving directions! (chapter 12!) The medusa scene was cool though, along with the Lotus hotel, but it could have been a little more...appropriate? I mean I saw, like, 3rd graders there!

For purists, the movie was horrible. The plot deviated too far from the book. Many characters were left out, and the age of the characters was laughable.If you had not read the book, the movie as a stand alone, was a fun ride.

i thought everything was too aggressive. Aunty Em is supposed to make them burgers and the bellhop at the lotus doesn't have an earpiece, he just tries to offer them platinum cards. But I loved the soundtrack for the lotus
