I know I will reread but for now I'm having such a great time listening. This narrator is so good. She breathe life into her banters, sarcastic, mumbling out-loud, etc.

I have the 1st book on my TBR list and now thanks to you guys I think I will try to find it this month to read. I really enjoy books that have some humor in them!
I am almost through reading Bayou Moon by Ilona Andrews. She only has a few books out but I blazed right through them. There's a little bit of everything in her books.
Sharon wrote: "I am almost through reading Bayou Moon by Ilona Andrews. She only has a few books out but I blazed right through them. There's a little bit of everything in her books."i like that series too Sharon. loved the first book. have yet to read the latest out.
Sharon wrote: "Her Magic series is where I started. I think there's only 3 of them right now though."i tried the Magic series and didn't get hooked. only read half of the first book. i picked up her other series and really like it. i may give the Magic series another go later on. it seems many people like it.
It does start out kind of weird. Try it again sometime, you might be surprised. I had a hard time at first too.

the first book, magic bites was a little hard to understand, I think. But once I got the concept it took off for me. Magic Strikes and Magic Bleeds are my fav. so far. I recommend trying them again.

This is one of my favorite series. They get better and better. I have read them all and LOVED them all."
As soon as i finish this one, i will read book #2 and i can't wait to read the rest!
On
, in my opinion, the first book is the weakest in the series. I remember struggling through the first 50 or 60 pages and not being quite sure what was going on with these shifts between magic and tech and the different groups in the city. But once Kate meets Curran, the sparks start to fly and it really picks up. (Even the authors say the think the first book is "kind of eh".) But if you can stick with it through the first book, the series is incredible. And I WILL get to her Edge series one of these days....
Completely agree with Christine. It actually took me 3 tries to finish book #1 but once I did, I read the rest one right after the other. They are AWESOME.

I am reading.
Really enjoyed the 1st and i am liking this one as well!
Series is getting better and better!

The first and second books were my least favorite in the whole series. If you like those you'll LOVE from 3 on.

This was recommended to me by a few people and it is great!

I haven't read the Highlander series yet but as soon as I'm done with Shadowfever, I'm picking that one right up. I've heard great things about it and since the Fever books are so fantastic, I know I'm going to love it :) Hopefully a bit of the mystery that is Barrons is answered or at least hinted at. I can't figure out what he his!

is the one I picked. It's taking me a little while to adjust to her writing style, but I'm very intrigued by the storyline and am curious to see where she's going with this.
Denise Nanna wrote: "Does anyone know when the next Alex Craft is coming? "I think Grave Memory is out in July.
In the middle of Legacy by Molly Cochran. Unique, and one of a kind. After I finish that, I will be starting
.

Ilona Andrews is one of my most favoritest authors. Have you tried her Edge series?
I am reading Zero Sum which is the 2nd book in Shier's Zero Sight series. It is technically young adult but I am enjoying it. I read the first one in one sitting and this one is taking me a million years to finish. Not sure why. It's only available as an ebook (i think). I am also enjoying darynda Jones' Charly Davidson series. I read the first two this week and will pick up the 3rd one tomorrow. :)

I am very glad I did as they were outstanding. I read them all way too fast and need to reread them at a much slower pace. :)

Btw, I just saw you joined the group. Welcome! :)
I read the Highlander series first, they aren't all intermixed with the Fever series but the ones that do cross over make more sense in the Fever when you know who and what the characters are. The Highlanders series is very different from Fever as they are more romance based. I loved them they are how I got hooked on KKM as a writer. But I should focused on what this thread is about.
I have a bunch of books lined up for February but I'm not sure which I'm going to read first but this is what I have online.
Now I just have to choose.
My reading meandered and I finished:
and 3 Megan Hart novels. Out of the 3, I really thought Switch was beautiful.
The Cathy Trilogy is a hoot! Book 3 is amazing! Anything I griped about in book 2 was totally put to rest in book 3. I really enjoyed reading that trilogy and I hope more interactive novels are written.
Need to Wrap Up:
Then Reading:

I wished I paid more attention in the previous books....definitely a great reason for reread! Hope you'll like it.
Right now I'm obsessed with Chloe Neill's Chicagoland Vampire series - I'm a little late to the game on this one :). Up next though is
. Can't wait to get started! I absolutely LOVE this series!
