for the zillinth time :)"I love that book...I didn't think I would with the whole futuristic aspect, but it actually seemed pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things....man oh man can Nora Roberts write..... I'm still working on my first read through of the series, but I keep having to stop to read other things...currently on book 5.
MIAO wrote: "I'm reading The Help"I read that even though it's really not my cup of tea (and I knew that going in)...it did make me second-guess how I treat people though...
Renee wrote: "Just finished Shadowfever
by Karen Moning...OMG!!! I LOVED this series. such great twists. loved the ending. Gonna start Lover Enshrined [bookcover:Lover Enshrine..."Shadowfever was awesome...the best book I read last year hands down!!
I finished
a few days ago and it was great!! I love when Roberts writes stuff in these books that I could totally see happening...celebrities being drawn to a drug that makes them look younger even though it could cost them their life....I could totally see that happening!! And I loved seeing Roarke's protective side and seeing how he took care of Eve after her nightmare/flashback...ahhhh Roarke. So now I must go from Roarke.....to more Roarke and am reading
Speaking of Nora Roberts aka J.D. Robb...has anybody read her In the Garden Trilogy? It was the first thing I ever read of hers and I loved it!! It was several years ago though but it drew me in from page 1...it was one of those books where other people (people I didn't even know) would see me reading it IRL and stop to discuss it with me!! I was so sad it was only 3 books long....
Heidi wrote: "I finished

It was my favorite of the three I read so far. But I have to wait to read the next one. I'm part of a buddy read group that is reading one book each month for the whole year. Oh well, it's not like I don't have plenty of other things to read in the mean time.
I finished
, which was amazing,
, which was disappointing, and
, which was just okay. Now I'm reading
.
I just finished the Nightcreatures series by Lori Handelend and now halfway thru
& loving every min. of it ... well except the part that made me cry like a baby
Jennifer wrote: "I've just started The Host by Stephenie Meyer, and I'm already hooked."I thought this was a really good book
Tracy T. wrote: "I finished

Christine wrote: "Heidi wrote: "I finished

TJ wrote: "Jennifer wrote: "I've just started The Host by Stephenie Meyer, and I'm already hooked."I thought this was a really good book"
I'm the oddball...I never got hooked and it took me over half the book before I even got interested...but I'm glad that you enjoyed it...most people I know that read it did enjoy it!
I usually don't do this, but I'm reading 3 books... in the middle of 2 of them. I usually finish one book before I start another, but I just couldn't help it this time since the In Death series is soooo long. I'm in the middle of
, finishing up
, & will begin
as soon as I'm finished with Beautiful Disaster.
Yeah I would like to set a goal of finishing In Death this year....but think it's unrealistic with all my other reading I need to do also....
Finished
. It was okay. Starting
. A little nervous. There are so many great reviews with a questioning subject matter. Also, excited because I want a good book to read.
Pansy wrote: "Finished

Yvonne wrote: "I finished the 3rd book of chicagoland vampires last night and about to start the 4th but i have to say im worried after reading the reviews that i wont like the series no more i loved the first 3 ..."Ok I will be honest book 4 is not my favorite, and I down right hate the ending, book 5 is decent but I absolutely love the ending, and i can not wait for book 6 to be released to see where its going

I just gave up on
. I absolutely couldn't get into it and felt nothing for the characters. :( I hate it when that happens.

Happy you like it :) this one was one of my favorites as well but the next two veer off a little.
I just finished Kristen Ashley's Rock Chick series - LOVED IT. She's one of my new fav authors. I was going to continue with another series of hers, but I'm taking a hiatus from her because I'm going to hop on the
bandwagon. I just got it and I can't wait although I already know what happens since I read the fan-fiction version :0)

it was amazing. Going to read
next. I'm in need of something light and fun. Hopefully this does the trick.
Jordan wrote: "I just finished the first 2 Merry Gentry books by Laurell K. Hamilton. I'm about halfway through New Moon by Stephanie Meyer. I have Eclipse by Meyer on deck, and Kim Harrison's first ..."Some of the Merry Gentry books are available in ebook format at public library -- check your library and if not call one in surrounding county for their policy. Most use overdrive (I'm in Kentucky so the link to the Merry books for mine is http://kyunbound.lib.overdrive.com/92... )

I finally got my copy of Lothaire I am so happy that I can now finally read it ;-)www.thepararomanceclub.blogspot.com
I finished
it was OK. Still reading
(it's really good, but I usually don't bring adult books to school, that's why it's taking me so long to finish) and
and this book is so BLAH, BLAH, BLAH I wanna shoot the main character for her stupidity, but I'm going to finish this book anyway.
I'm 40% through with
. Its a Historical Romance with a PNR twist!! OMG!! I cant put it down!! Love tortured heros!!! :)))))

Brandy wrote: "I usually don't do this, but I'm reading 3 books... in the middle of 2 of them. Anyway, I'm reading multiple books & audiobook nowaday to keep me sane, balanced and non-zombie stage so I can get chores, errands, dressed, etc. Does that make sense?
Samantha **ParaNormal Romance Party** wrote: "I'm 40% through with

I have not gotten to Garden trilogy but I've read Key trilogy, started Born In trilogy, and almost done with HIGH NOON. All very good.
