Enjoy the new e-reader. I love my Kindle. I'm currently reading a paperback & it feels weird. Tried reading in bed & it's uncomfortable having to hold it up/keep the pages separated.

I hear you, I feel the same when I try to read paperbacks now

Ditto. Oh, and the whole bookmark deal. I have these monkeys, I mean, kids, who likes to look at the books I'm reading and pull out bookmarks. I hate ear-marking pages because with having kids, sometimes you get interrupted a lot and that's a lot of bent pages! With the kindle, I can just turn it off and not worry about losing my spot! I doubt my kids even know where the on/off switch is. They know to leave mommy's kindle alone :0) And big/long books are easy on the wrists with long readings.

After reading the first three books in The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare and the first three in the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick, I'm thinking YA really isn't for me. I can't say I really enjoyed being a teenager, so maybe that's why I'm not really enjoying reading about them? However, I am kind of enjoying reliving some of my childhood through all the 80s references in
Reading
and loving the Cat and Bones story. It feels like the first three books and has a good storyline.

I have read The Sider Series, the first book is slow I found the second book held my interest more. It is not my favorite sereis but it's not bad either

I like it so far, but I'm only a little into it. It's my first Maya Banks. I couldn't get the Rough Riders series out of my head so I decided to pick up more by Lorelei James :)

I can't say I was inspired to continue the series, but that's just one person's opinion.
I like the 3rd recent book from the Blacktop Cowboys :) Really can't go wrong with Lorelei James.I started

I'm going to finish the book, but I'm not sure that I'll continue the series at this point. I'll have to see what I think by the end. I have too many other books and series that are calling for my attention.
HEEEEEELLLP, I am running out of authors to read, I've read almost everything from the biggies, JR Ward, Christine Feenhan, Sherrilyn Kenyon etc.. I've read the Anita Baker stuff and loads of others, so who's next? I like me some vamps, witches and were people, not really overly into the historic stuff. A despereate reader needs you! hehehe joking aside, please recommend your favourites xxxx
ohh read Keri Arthur, Jenneane Frost, Karen Chance, Richelle Meade, mmmm.. I'll add if I can think of anymore. Thank youxxx

Thank youxxx"Try Nicky Charles -- books are available for free on smashwords. They're awesome and were definitely high on my favorite list! I've also read the first book of the Rachel Vincent shifter series and plan to get the others.

I finished

P.A. and Michelle, you've got to move the Psy/Changelings up on your TBR pile. The series has a very different feel from the Guild Hunters (not so dark), but still has that great writing that lets you feel what her characters are feeling. Each book is a new couple, but it's all one big recurring cast so you get to keep up with each couple, and even if you don't like one particular book, you might love the next one.

Good. I'm hoping it will spark an interest in reading for my 11 year old. My 8 year old loves reading. He's actually almost as bad as me and finishes a book almost every day.

No I haven't. He wasn't too into that movie for some reason, I would have thought he'd like it was just okay for him. That's what held me back from the books, but maybe I should try it. Books are always better than movies.
