Hehehehe. Im close to finish the book now, Love it. I think Cat really Kick ass! Hahaha. Together with Bones, they are like a invincible pair! Yaye Us! I've the first four books with me, couldnt wait! :D But, exams rounding up. Haish>.<
I set
to the side. The story was starting to pick up but then there was this horrible part of what they did to some children that really bothered me. So I started
.

This series rocks! It's one of my favorites. :) It's funny because the first time I read book one, I didn't get past the first chapter. Then some guys over on a forum I frequent convinced me to pick it up again and I'm soooo glad I did.
I think I will be going to bed early & tonight as very tired & I want to read some more before I sleep, make sure you read the 4th then read
& then
& then go onto the fifth, there's some stuff you wont understand without reading these before the 5th, I have all of these by my bed waiting to be read, I am a VERY slow reader

I didn't think I would but it's my favorite. I'm still waiting for my Ian book though! :D

type in the search engine on gr Jeaniene Frost & it will show you the novellas & the order to read those & if you have a kindle or nook you only need to buy them whereas I don't & I've had to buy the books that were released ages ago but I don't care lol I need to keep on track
Charity wrote: "I am currently reading

Sheree wrote: "I was disappointed in Bloodlines, what did you think?"I really liked it, but Sydney's POV's on the vampire world was a little irritating that I hope she'll get over in future books.

I don't know how you can read two at the same time. I couldn't do it. I love the Argeneau books, the first one isn't the best but they get really good after that and there is such a good concept about vampires. Unique.

I agree the Argeneau books get much better after the first book. They are fun.

Ok so I was suppose to be reading
but decided I wanted a good erotica and picked up
, just finished. Wasn't to bad, had a great storyline of a PNR but didn't really feel to much like an erotica for me so now I'm gonna read
and then get back to Passion for my monthly challenge read.
Hasien wrote: "Just finished Halfway to the grave. I can not wait to start reading the next book in the series."It gets better, trust me. PA got me onto it & now i'm hooked, keep an eye out for the novellas too & you need to read First Drop Of Crimson & Eternal Kiss Of Darkness once you have finished book for & before you read book 5
Reading
and I'm giving up on it at this point. I think I need to stick with my original plan and focus on another series for awhile. Hmm...now what to read??

Try some of the audios if you can. They are the best. I am on book five and I have only read one book because the audio version is addicting. I just borrow them from the library.
Susan Erikson is the best narrator. Crazy4More got me addicted so I agree with her totally about the audio.
Listening to
and it is so good. I love this series so much. The mysteries can be graphic but it is the relationship between Eve and Roarke and all the friends that keep me coming back for more.

It looks like it's the Night Huntress series. LOL (Huge points for enthusiasm!) Thanks for the recommend!

I think like most series the first book you can never judge the series on, I think because its building the world on which you are reading, I felt the same when I read this first one but all I can say is this series I loved it!! Don't give up!!!!

I just may have to check out the audiobooks. I'm having a hard time "hearing" Roarke's accent. I'll pick it up for a few sentences, and then he's back to a bland American accent, which I really don't think does him justice.

if you type Jeaniene Frost into the search engine on this site it'll list all of the night huntress books & the novellas that go inbetween. If you have an Ereader, nook or kindle you can download the novellas for roughly $2-$4 I don't have any so have ordered all the books. I think it was bookworm who sent me the link to Jeaniene Frost's website, I will try to copy & paste it on here so you can check it out, I'm new to adding links so I hope it works for you, was awesome for me so I knew which books to buy :-D http://jeanienefrost.com/other-works/
I LOVED the first three Night Huntress books, and Bones will forever be one of my all time favorite vampires. But for me, the last three books have really not lived up to the potential of those first three. And I'm getting really tired of Cat. Does anyone else feel the same way?

It was good. I gave it 3.5 stars. I like BDSM books but this one went just a bit outside my comfort level.
Still an enjoyable read.
