"In the forest. I woke up in a home with three siblings, but I felt so lost. So I ran away. I left, and then the hunters appeared, and...I thought they already had you...So I stayed in the forest...." Zelda managed to say, still crying.

"Don't EVER leave me again. Hear me?!" He said forcefully, clutching her tighter. "They will NEVER catch me. I'd kill myself before I let that happen."
Zelda nodded, knowing exactly that same feeling, for that was how she had reacted in their first life. "I won't."
Zelda hugged him, back, wiping the tears off her face. She looked at him, and then frowned a bit. "You look different."
Skye chuckled, looking at her too. "So do you, Princess... No, Queen Raven." He said playfully. "We were around 15... Or so, when we were seperated the first time... And now, it's been about 2 years longer since that age..."
"Shut up, I don't like that title. How'd I end up oldest anyways?" Zelda said, shaking her head ruefully.
Skye laughed, and stroked her hair wistfully. "I know, I know. You may be 'older' in this life, but remember, I'm still Five minutes older than you. " He said. "You died first. Remember?
Skye reluctantly let go of her. "Woke up in a peasant family of 5 children and the Parents. I ran away and grew up traveling, trying to find you... And when I caught wind of you becoming the Queen, I came directly over here... With an army of Hunters on my tail. I think they might know where all of the hunted, abnormal people are staying..." He said, referring to the others in the next room.
Zelda nodded. "When I heard they were back I thought you died so I took all of them to keep that from happening to them, but still..."
Skye looked at her thoughtfully. "You're the queen, aren't you?" He asked curiously, thinking rapidly.
Skye looked back at Elektra, mildly distracted. "Thank you for escorting me, Miss." He said to her, bowing gracefully even though he was on the floor. "I'd appreciate if you would let my Sister and I discuss some... Familial Matters, for the moment."
"Um yeah, sure. No prob." She walked away, then Corvin flew up to her. "Hey. You kicked some butt back there?"He nodded. "Definately."
Zelda watched Elektra leave, the door closing behind her, and then looked at Skye. "You were saying?"
Elektra looked out the window. It was dark. "We should probably get home."Corvin looked too. "Um... are you sure it's safe out there?"
She laughed. "The big tiger scared?"
"No!" He said a little to quickly. She laughed.
"I'll ask Zelda if we can stay here after they finish their conversation."
Corvin nodded and laid down. "I'm going to take a little nap." She nodded and almost instantly he was out. She chuckled to herself.
Zelda shook her head. "I tried. I really did, but my queendom can go only so far. And even with that, that dumbass king to the north is the one sending the Hunters. When I told him that was inhumane, he only told me to go get a husband and have him do the talking. Or better yet, marry me and you have everything you want. Dumbass...." Zelda said, a fury inside of her reminding herself that that king deserves to be cursed. Or worse...
Skye sat back thoughtfully. "I could pretend to be King." He said. "Or better yet, have one of our animals Shape Shift and pretend to be the King. They'll be the figure head while you tell them what to say. Couldn't that work as well?"
"Tried that, and failed. That guy is just evil. I wanna go over and kill him now, but then we'd get invaded while I'm gone, and so we're stuck at an empass."
((Sure?))Skye sighed, then got up, offering her a hand. "Well then, it seems that we Are in fact at an empass. What do you plan to do, my queen?" He said, looking down at her curiously.
A small floorboard creaked behind the door, swinging loosely on it's hinge. A shadow streaked across the light illuminating behind it, and then several more.
She saw it and her eyes widdened. She heard a faint buzz like noise and instinctivly ducked. When she stood back up and turned around she saw a knife in the wall where her head was.
"I plan to guard this place until death. Well, hopefully not to that extent, but--Wait." She looked at Skye, slightly annoyed. "Don't call me 'Queen'. I already hate that title."
She slowly backed away then ran. "Corvin! Wake up!" She said shaking him and he bolted awake."Huh? What?" He said sleeplily.
"There's someone in the castle!" She said.
"Servants?" He said laying back down.
"A servant threw a knife at me?" He instantly stood up.
"What?"
Skye laughed playfully, ruffling her hair. "I know, I know. It's just that you being queen reminds me of how you used to play Ruler when we were little..."Skye's sentence got cut short when Tia came rushing up from behind him. "Intruders!! They almost hit Elektra! Hurry, the Northern King's army invaded!!" She screeched.
Zelda was instantly up, and running out the door. She listened for the sound of any disturbance, but found none. This is seriously wrong. She began to search the house.
Skye quickly followed her, speaking rapidly in Tia's native tongue. "Hurry!" He said, as she changed directions mid-flight to warn the others.
Zelda managed to grab a bow and sheath of arrows, and made her way towards Elektra. "Elektra, are you okay? What happened?"
Skye ran next to them, easily keeping up. "It's the Northern King's hunters. Tia said so, and she definitely wasn't lying." He spoke gravely, his eyes already flaming. "Tia's warning the others, we have to rat out the spies running around first, though."
Zelda nodded. "Round up everyone into the main hall. Make sure they are unarmed. I need to find someone." Ruby slept in her bedroom.
"They're mapping out the castle right now. We have to intercept before they get back to the main army... Which we should see... Right.. About... Now!" He said, pointing out the large wall-window. A massive amount of bodies, torch-lit silver armor and angry faces. They were gathered right outside the castle, and seemed to be waiting for something. "See what I mean?"
Skye shook his head, still running. "That's not the worst of it. If they get the castle, we're done. If we try to attack, it'll be an All-Out war, and the only ways to stop it will be Zelda marrying that bastard or one of our armies depletes. None of which have very good consequences."
Zelda shuddered. She aimed at the leader's head, but didn't shoot. "I can not marry that bastard. Not ever."
