Paige (paige_eliz) | 5 comments I'm trying to track down a book for a library patron.

- Book about residentials schools (probably Canadian) published recently.
- Title is something like "You Can Laugh Now"
- He thought the author was Georgette Fox, but I haven't found her listed anywhere.

Does this ring any bells?

Wendy | 52 comments There's a book called No Time To Say Goodbye by Sylvia Olson; it's about a First Nations boarding school and was published recently, though the title and author don't fit...

“You May Laugh”: Surviving, Remembering, and Transforming Residential School Experience, with members of the Kainai Nation, Southern Alberta.

Well this is a few years late, and I could only find a minor reference to this book in Jennifer Kelly's contributor's biography on this page: http://www.wlupress.wlu.ca/press/Cata...
I couldn't find out anything else about it...but I think it's probably what you were looking for.

Paige, are you still looking for this given that it was for a library patron?
