Weird, huh? Good thing Google knew what they were -- I never even heard of such a thing before.
I agree, merging them with other editions of the book makes sense. And I think format would be "F & C Sheets" or "Unbound".

I'm feeling a bit timid about contacting the two people myself. I don't want to post their names. I tried to send a message to one of the superlibrarians, but couldn't figure out how to do that.
