then, I just played with the "nit" and turned it into knit, obviously to refer to a super-awesome knitting group that is well, the shizknit!

I'd sorta guessed the meaning, but I had no idea it was a play on slang-- that term hasn't made it to the playground of the urban school that I work at.

OssifrageRage actually it has probably come and gone from the urban school playground you work at-- this term has been around for a decade or more...
