Wow, I always thought I was a man without a country. But apparently I am right there with Friedman; as a libertarian right.
Honestly I don't think that was an accurate "gauge" there where a lot of sweeping general questions that are simply not easy to put into a one line question. And a few loaded questions as well. It was fun though.

I'm dead center in the green square. But I already knew that I'm a bleeding heart liberal. I voted for Mondale.
Some of those questions were oddly worded, though.

{:-O Oh no! I am a sheep amongst wolves...Thank the Almighty the Pope is in town to protect me...
HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAGUH... slight variation of Alfonzo’s diabolical laugh.

I'm just below Gandhi, which is cool, but I think I outweighed him.

Like most everyone, I'm in the upper-middle bottom left quadrant. Economic -5.25, Social -3.54
There really were some strange questions in there, though, like "abstract art that doesn't represent anything shouldn't be considered art at all." I'm not sure what we're being slanted at there, except maybe the use of negatives in that question mean that if you agree, you're a bad person.
This one is moderately amusing as well:

Did you know that Kucinich took Maui? Sounds like Mars a bit.
My husband is more liberal than me. How much more? My house was a Kucinich campaign office in 2004. He was a very popular candidate here in Olympia. Boy, that was an awful election year. Poor Howard Dean.
I'm liberal, but I vote Democrat. My husband voted for Nader. Sigh.

I was bummed when he dropped out. I was about ready to print bumber stickers:
"Kucinich 2008. Take Me to Your Leader!"
I voted for Kucinich in the caucuses 4 years ago, but I knew it was a lost cause. Too bad, really. Because, can you imagine a Kucinich administration? The mind boggles.
Sarah it's just me and you. I'll swing by the bank, and grab some cash. I'm going on the lamb! You can come with if I can bring some Banana Boat }:-D

Paul, Dennis Kucinich is a very liberal Democratic congressman from Ohio who ran in the 2004 election. He is for universal health care, is pro-choice, and advocated for a Department of Peace to replace the War Department.
He is short in stature, and the right wing media found him very easy to mock. Heck, everyone did. He has been mocking himself, lately.
Here's the link to the Wikipedia article about him.

110% award is lovely, thank you.
I do the same thing, making unintentional double entendres, I mean.

looooooovin it.
I am suprisingly up in the red box, close to center, but still - Authoritarian? wtf? Says who?

*lights cigarette, puts on leather jacket, adjusts glasses, hides book*

I haven't had time to read through this thread today, but I managed to escape from the packing process long enough to take the quadrant test.
I am 3 clicks in from Center to the Left, and three clicks down from the center toward Libertarian. Another few clicks in that direction and I'd be the Dalai Lama. LOL!!
