Man Runs over a little girl, then strange things start happening

I saw this book online a couple of years ago. I believe is has been released within the past few years. I remember that it's about a man who hits or runs over a little girl, in, I think, a snowstorm. Mysterious disturbances and occurrences begin happening, making him believe that he is being stalked by the ghost of the child, or by a witness to the accident. The cover is mostly white, with a little gray or black. I remember that from the photo on the main book sites. I regret not buying it, and sure will, if it gets solved. Thank you.
