Combine & connect to author

Could you combine the two editions of A DRAW OF DEATH by Gin Jones (one's from smashwords and the other from Amazon)? Also, they're not showing up in my author's dashboard, although I can find them if I do an author search.

Combined and moved two titles to your profile. You have two spaces between your first and last name, to distinguish you from similarly-named authors.

I didn't assign a number to the short story because I don't know the chronology.
