Strangely enough, it is time to nominate for July's Books of the Month!

PLEASE REVIEW THESE GUIDELINES:
-Please do not nominate a book we've already read as a group. You will be asked for a different nomination if you do.
-Remember that a book must be out for 6 months or more to be eligible for nominations and voting
-Try not to nominate an author that we've read this year already
-If it is a book in a series that is not the first book, make sure you know that it can be read as a standalone and doesn't require the previous books being read to understand and enjoy.

You can find the current year's reads on the group bookshelf here: https://www.goodreads.com/group/books..., and for prior years as well. Please take time to scroll through before making a nomination, so that your nomination will count. :)

Nominations will be open through May 15, then voting will be open until the end of the month. Remember, "seconding" is no longer necessary since we have implemented voting.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions! Happy May!

Nominations as of May 14:
1. Legacy Lane by Robin Lee Hatcher
2. Thicker Than Blood by C.J. Darlington
3. The Hesitant Heiress by Dawn Crandall
4. All's Fair in Love and Cupcakes by Betsy St. Amant
5. A Sensible Arrangement by Tracie Peterson
6. A.D. 30 by Ted Dekker
7. A Lady in Defiance by Heather Blanton
8. Saving Amelie by Cathy Gohlke
9. Small Town Girl by Ann H. Gabhart
10. The Trouble with Patience by Maggie Brendan
11. The Midwife by Jolina Petersheim
12. Dangerous Passage by Lisa Harris

Sam, sorry to seem like a stickler, but I'm not seeing a paperback version of A Lady in Defiance...if it's just offered as a Kindle book, I'm not sure that it should be in the nominations because not all member have an e-reader. Perhaps I'm missing that there's a paperback?

Sam B | 100 comments Well you seem to be able to buy a paperback copy here ;)

You're welcome!

Once a title is nominated, I add it to the list. Then we use those to do an actual vote, which will open on May 16. :)
