SOLVED. Woman visits her pregnant sister in the country falls in love [s]

Hi all, I read a book about a year ago, a woman was visiting her very pregnant sister in the winter, I can't remember if they were twins or just really close in age, the visiting sister used to be a gymnast now she taught p.e.. Started off on the wrong foot with the neighbor got lost in a blizzard ended up at his place, fell in love, happy ending for all. Anyone recognize this?
