so, just wondering, if anyone is reading this book right now but me :)
how many pages are you in? how are you liking it?

this is the first time the book I nominated won, so this is also the first time I'm a discussion leader.
therefore, if I'm doing it wrong, please, don't be too hard on me :)
I'm currently half-way through the book and I like it a lot. The language is a bit strange, I guess, because the story is based in England :) but I like Vera Stanhope. She is the first female detective I read about who is not hot or even attractive :)
I can't wait to finally find out who the killer is!
As soon as you start reading, please, let me know what your thoughts and impressions of the book are :)

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I finished it sometime ago and found it really interesting.
Let me know what you think when you are done reading!

The ending seemed a bit strange to me too. I suspected everyone but not the person who turned out to be the killer. I was really surprised.
I'm planning to read The Crow Trap - the first book in the series. It would be interesting to read how Vera started, a bit about her life - I guess all of this is in the first book.
I wish more people would have read this book :)
This is the discussion thread for Telling Tales. Thank you to Katya for being our discussion leader this month.
