What is your favorite language to read in?

Satu (sadun) | 68 comments Finnish of course. That's my first language and therefore easiest for me. I do read lot of my books in english though. Many books I want to read are not translated. Luckily buying books online is so easy nowadays and selection is huge.

I would like to continue working on Spanish, though (I can understand more than I can speak); and I'd LOVE to learn some Italian, eventually. I think it's a beautiful language.

Although I sometimes enjoy reading Spanish, just so that I can let the words bounce off my tongue. I don't know what I'm saying, but it feels good saying it.

Marina (sonnenbarke) I've seen this year I've been reading more books in English than in my mother tongue, Italian. I like reading in both, though. I also read in German and French.

PinkieFairy (pinkifairy) English just because I get through the books faster however I have read in Spanish (Which I am fluently in) and it can be very entertaining as well. Some things translated over don't have the same meaning.
