Thanks again Rick. As I may have mentioned, I'm former Air Force and my co-author is former Navy. Our book's main characters are all former military special forces, one is a former Navy SEAL, so this story does touch my heart...deeply.

Gerald Griffin (authorgeraldggriffin) | 13 comments Hello everyone. I'm Gerald G. Griffin, author of thrillers, my current one OF GOOD AND EVIL. See Rick's powerful review including the sentence, "Of Good And Evil is a novel that is so finely written, so well plotted and paced, that the reader is immediately drawn into the book from the first page."
Rick's review concludes with: "A JAMES MASON COMMUNITY BOOK CLUB MUST READ!"

To read the entire review, visit my author's blog, http://geraldggriffin.blogspot.com

Also, to learn more about me and my novel, please visit my website, http://www.authorgeraldgriffin.com , and while there please sign my Guest Book.

And, too, you are most welcome to join the profound and provocative discussion in my Goodreads OF Good And Evil Group. Please drop by and freely comment.

Looking forward to meeting and interacting with each of you in cyber friendship.

Conrad Taylor (radman) | 5 comments Hello All:

I am pleased to join this rapidly growing group of readers and writers. Thank you Lynn for inviting me.

I am the author of PATH to FREEDOM: My Story of Perseverance, which is available as an eBook at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. It is a fly-or-die, coming-of-age true story, which takes a truth-is-stranger-than-fiction arc from the Amazon Jungles of Guyana to the wind-swept plains of West Point – and back. I am happy to share that the Forida Writers recently named it a finalist in their 2011 Royal Palm Literary Award Competition. PATH to FREEDOM is my first book.

More info is available at my Goodreads page.

I look forward to the months ahead as part of this community.

All the best
Conrad

Anyway, I sent "Triplets" off to the Editor on Monday. She's in NC, so don't expect she is working on it right now. I think she might be a little busy with the hurricane.

Hi Marti,

To reply to a specific message, you click the reply button on the lower right side of the message you wish to reply to. It puts a portion of the message on there so you can remember who you are replying to. I hope that helps.

"Bestsellers" to you Marti. I'm sure she is busy with the Hurricane. You don't want to get me started on Hurricanes. Let's just say I was in Houston during Katrina and Rita. Enough said, I moved to North Central Texas as quick as I could. :)

I really do hope that none of the East Coast gets it too bad.

Mathieu Gallant (Entropiated) | 19 comments I'd like to thank Lynn for inviting me. Happy to be here. I'm an indie writer who has his first novel under his belt (Outage) and working on a sequel. It's a mix of the sci-fi and post apocalyptic genres. I also just started work on a project of a more... ah... down-to-earth nature. So I'm always keeping busy.

Lindsay (ltg584) Hi all! I can't possibly find the time to read all 77 pages of introductions, but I'm impressed with the varied collection of reading and writing personalities.
I will read almost anything, squeezing it between work and caring for kids. I write when the mood strikes (though that seems common enough in this crowd). A few months ago, I took the plunge to sending manuscripts to publishers (how scary is that?!), and now have to fight off the anticipation.
Thanks for the invite, Rick!
