Adding a new book to my profile [SOLVED]

This book is the Persian translation of Susan Sontag's Illness as Metaphor, AIDS and Its Metaphors:

Some data in Persian are missing, but first of all the name of the translator (myself) needs to be added. I suppose adding the translator's name will automatically add this book to my profile and then I can edit the rest of missing data.
