One book - two authors with two titles

How is usual practice in adding a book with two authors with two titles?

Example:

Clifford D. Simac: Time and Again / Arthur Clarke: a Space Odyssey 2001

(some Slovenian edition)

[Abcdarian]

Titles together on one title line:
Time and Again / 2001: A Space Odyssey

Authors on two separate author lines:
Clifford D. Simac
Arthur C. Clarke

Ok, that is obvious.

But in the system is there by default visible only first author, then is that presented like that:

Clifford D. Simac: Time and Again / 2001: A Space Odyssey
