Hannah Rigby | 2 comments I found this book in a local bookstore in the spring of 2011, still in hardback, so it was published I'd guess within a year or two previous to that time. It opened with a woman, possibly a widow with children, finding a body on her country estate; the neighbor was called to see it. The scene changed to London and had something to do with a man who might have been a doctor and his daughter, to whom he gave a violin. The story also had something to do with a man who had been in America but had just returned to England.

Standalone or part of a series? Also what do you mean by neo-Victorian?

Hannah Rigby | 2 comments Newly written, but set in the Victorian period. A single book, not part of a series.
