Is kombucha good for you? I've been drinking it a lot because it is so tasty, but besides probiotics, are there any benefits?

find a quick 5-10 minute workout you can do anywhere, anytime! i do this if i’m waiting for something to cook, taking a break from hw, just whatever!

another tip is to meal plan! i plan meals on sunday, get groceries, and prep as much as i can. i like to chop onions in advance, prepare slow cooker dinners, make beans for a quick protein to reheat, shred chicken, and prepare as much as i can basically. it may seem like a lot of work, but you’ll save time (less cooking later) and money (no takeout!)
